High Altitude & Health: Leh sits at 11,500 ft. Good physical health and proper acclimatization are vital.
Remote & Dynamic Conditions: Sudden weather changes, pass closures, and patchy mobile networks are normal. We need calm, fast problem-solvers.
Fast-Paced Season: May to October is intense. Sharp attention to detail, quick communication, and accountability are non-negotiable.
