Itinerary
Day 1

Arrival: Honoring the High Altitude

+

Julley! Welcome to the roof of the world. Upon your arrival at Leh Airport, our team will greet you and escort you to your hotel. As your local guardians, our first and most vital piece of advice is to honor the thin, sacred air. At 11,135 feet, your body needs time to find its rhythm, so we insist on a full day of complete rest to acclimatize.

In the evening, as you begin to find your mountain legs, take a gentle stroll through the vibrant Leh Market. We’ll then visit the historic Leh Palace, also known as ‘Lachen Palkhar,’ and ascend to the Shanti Stupa. From this hilltop sanctuary, you can watch the sun set over the entire Leh valley, a perfect introduction to the beauty of our home.

Day 2

The Sacred Confluence & Tales of Valor

+

After a slow breakfast, we begin a journey along the dramatic Leh-Srinagar Highway. We first pay our respects at the Hall of Fame, a soulful tribute to the brave hearts who have guarded these frontiers. Moving forward, we experience the mystery of Magnetic Hill and find peace at the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a site steeped in local legend.

The highlight of the day is Sangam, the magnificent confluence where the emerald waters of the Indus meet the deeper Zanskar. On our return, we visit the Spituk Monastery, perched high above the river, offering a moment of quiet reflection before we head back to the city.

Overnight: Leh

Day 3

Khardung La: Touching the Sky

+

Today, we head north toward the legendary Nubra Valley, a high-altitude oasis of sand dunes and ancient spirits. Our journey takes us over the mighty Khardung La Pass, standing tall at 18,380 feet. Long considered the highest all-weather motorable pass in the world, this is a rite of passage for every adventurer.

We will stop at the summit to breathe in the crisp Himalayan air, tie a few prayer flags for good luck, and perhaps share a hot tea at the world’s highest cafeteria. After capturing your "top of the world" moments, we retrace our steps back to Leh, descending from the clouds to the comfort of the valley.

Day 4

Depart with the Spirit of Ladakh

+

Early this morning, your driver will ensure a smooth transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport. As you board your flight, you leave behind the mountains, but you carry the spirit of Ladakh with you. Your journey with us ends here, but the stories of your Trans-Himalayan adventure are just beginning. Julley and safe travels!
