Along the way, we will visit several sightseeing places like Hall of Fame museum, which was built in the name those martyrs passed away in Kargil war, and also visit Magnetic hill and Sangam, (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus River). Overnight stay at Lamayuru. Day 3 - Lamayuru to Leh In the morning, visit the Lamayuru monastery, which is built atop a unique hill in Lamayuru village. Lamayuru monastery is one of the oldest monastery and still looked after by Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Later we will retrace the same route along the Srinagar-Leh Highway towards Leh. Along the way, we will divert towards Alchi village across the Indus river and visit the Alchi monastery, known for the paintings and thankas dating back to the Kushan period. We will also visit the LIkir Monastery along the way and also visit the Basgo castle, which was once the capital of lower Ladakh. Later we will drive back to Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh. Day 4 - Ride from Leh – Khardung La (5602m) – Hunder (4000m) Today we will drive northward from Leh to Nubra valley, which is considered one of the most scenic valleys in the entire trans-Himalayan region. The valley boasts a unique landscape with sand dunes, lush green oasis and snow peaks, along with beautiful monasteries and villages. We will be crossing the Khardungla pass (18,380ft), considered the Highest all weather motorable pass in the world. The Pass has become a dream destination for bikers and adventurous souls from all across the world, we can click some photos, grab a hot tea from the cafeteria and start driving towards Nubra valley.  We will drive past the North Pullu check post, and through the narrow roads and blind curves to reach Diskit in the afternoon. We will visit the Diskit monastery, and the Maitreya Buddha statue which ideally sits atop a small hill overlooking the valley, the view from there is incredible. Further, we will drive to the Hunder Sand dunes, which is among the most visited place in Ladakh and also enjoy the camel ride. Nubra is the only place in India where these camels exist. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nubra Day 5 - Turtuk - Hunder - Leh After breakfast in the morning at the camp/Guesthouse, we will ride to Turtuk sector, formerly a part of Baltistan and administered by Pakistan until 1971 before India liberated the region. The Turuk and adjoining villages are resided by Balti ethnic peoples, who are culturally different from Leh. We will explore the villages and ride back to Hunder by evening. O/N stay Nubra. Day 6 - Nubra - Pangong Tso (4350m) via Shayok Today we will drive to the world-famous Pangong lake, probably the most famous attraction of Ladakh. It is the largest brackish lake in Asia and the largest overall at this altitude. The road from Nubra to Shayok is very less taken but has to be one of the most scenic trails for motorbiking. There will be some water crossings and offroad stretches which will make it more adventurous and fun. Once reaching Pangong, we will further drive along the length of the lake towards the Merak, which is ideally the last point up to which a foreigner can go.  We will stay at Merak overlooking the Pangong lake. Day 7 - Drive from Pangong Tso (4350m) to Tsomoriri Early morning, we will wake up to the mesmerising view of sunrise at the lake. The view and tranquillity will surely keep you wanting to come back again and again. We will soon start driving towards Loma bend. We will then divert towards Sumdo and head to Tsomorriri lake. We will get to see some scenic villages along the way in Rupsho, followed by some offroad trails to reach Tsomorriri. Tsomorriri is the large lake with wetlands reserves surrounding the lake. Numerous migratory birds and wildlife throng the region during the season. Close to the lake is the scenic village of Korzok and the monastery of Korzok. Overnight stay at hotel/ Camp. Day 8 - Drive from Tsomoriri to Leh via Tsokar Today, we'll start early from Tsomorriri via Polokongka-la (16207ft) towards the Tsokar lake, which is known for the salt deposits, rich wildlife and birding spots. We will also encounter the hot springs and sulphur deposits at the Puga valley. The roads will be a mix of patchy tarmac and off roads amidst flat stretches.  We will turn right from Debring, and head towards Leh crossing through Taglang La. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel. Day 9 - Departure Early morning our driver will pick you up and transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Leh airport to board a flight back to your next destination. Later we will drive to Thiksey Monastery, also called the mini Potala due to its resemblance with Potala Palace in Lhasa Tibet. We will drive alongside the lake on the dirt trail towards Chushul, the place where the Indian army fought to the last man, last round against the Chinese in 1962 Sino-Indian war. Further, we will dive over the Tsaga-la pass up to the Loma bend and divert towards Sumdo village.  The ride would continue towards Tsomorriri. It’s known for the wildlife and migratory bird And is actually called the Tsomorriri Wetland Conservation along with its surroundings.  Overnight stay at Tsomoriri.   Day 5 - Tsomiriri to Leh via Taglangla Early morning after enjoying the sunrise at the Tsomoriri lake and having our breakfast,  we will ride towards the Tsokar Lake. Tsokar is a small lake known for its salt deposits in ancient Ladakh and also being the hot spot for birding and some of the rarest wildlife. We will drive through some scenic landscape and drive through Polakongkala and also through Puga hot springs. Further, drive through the off-road trails to the Highway and return back to Leh via Taglang-la and Upshi. Overnight stay at Leh hotel. Hemis monastery is known to have rare collections of artefacts and arts dating back to hundreds of years and also host one of the biggest religious festival in Ladakh -  Hemis Tseschu. Later, we will visit the Stok Palace by driving to the other side of the river Indus. Stok Palace is the royal residence of the Royal family of the kingdom of Ladakh and still home to the descendants of the Namgyal dynasty of Ladakh. Return back to Leh by evening. Overnight stay at  Leh. Day 3 - Leh to Lamayuru, Alchi,Rizong. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we will start driving along the Leh - Srinagar Highway to Lamayuru. The road is smooth with fine tarmac and runs alongside the river Indus till Khaltse and then divert towards Lamayuru. Lamayuru is also known as the Moonland due to its landscape resembling the  Lamayuru is also the home for the oldest monastery of Ladakh, perched atop a unique hill, it is one of the most important monuments in the region. Along the way, we will also visit several monasteries of the Sham valley. We will visit the Alchi Choskor Monastery by crossing the river Indus and following link road to Alchi village. Alchi monastery is considered among the most revered monument in the region known for its rich artefacts and paintings and murals dating back to the Kushan period. The arts and paintings at Alchi are slightly different from those of other monasteries suggesting the involvement of no-local craftsman from neighbouring Kashmir. Also on the list is the Rizong monastery, a unique monastery known for meditation centres and nunnery.   Drive further along the Leh- Srinagar Highway to reach Lamayuru by evening. Overnight stay at Lamayuru. Day 4 - Lamayuru to Leh, Likir, Basgo In the morning, visit the Lamayuru monastery, which is built atop a unique hill in Lamayuru village. Lamayuru monastery is one of the oldest monastery and still looked after by Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Later we will retrace the same route along the Srinagar-Leh Highway towards Leh. Along the way, we will divert towards Likir village, a quint village in the Sham valley known for traditional local pottery. The village is also home to a huge monastery which also houses a large statue of the Maitreya Buddha, we will visit the Likir monastery also. Further along the way, we will visit the Basgo fort, once the royal palace of the Ladakhi kings of the lower Ladakh. The palace is built using rammed earth technique and it has survived the test of the time. Reach Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh.   Day 5 - Khardung-la Day visit Today we will drive northward from Leh to Nubra valley, which is considered one of the most scenic valleys in the entire trans-Himalayan region. The valley boasts a unique landscape with sand dunes, lush green oasis and snow peaks, along with beautiful monasteries and villages. We will be crossing the Khardungla pass (18,380ft), considered the Highest all weather motorable pass in the world. The Pass has become a dream destination for bikers and adventurous souls from all across the world, we can click some photos, grab a hot tea from the cafeteria. Later we will start driving to Leh by retracing the same route. Overnight stay at Leh. Day 6 - Departure from Leh Early morning our driver will pick you up and transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Leh airport to board a flight back to your next destination. The journey ends with lots of memories and adventure stories to be related once back home.

We will be crossing the Khardungla pass (18,380ft), considered the Highest all weather motorable pass in the world. The Pass has become a dream destination for bikers and adventurous souls from all across the world, we can click some photos, grab a hot tea from the cafeteria and start riding towards Nubra valley.  We will drive past the North pullu check post, and through the narrow roads and blind curves to reach Diskit in the afternoon. We will visit the Diskit monastery, and the Maitreya Buddha statue which ideally sits atop a small hill overlooking the valley, the view from there is incredible. Further, we will drive to the Hunder Sand dunes, which is among the most visited place in Ladakh and also enjoy the camel ride. Nubra is the only place in India where these camels exist. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nubra Day 3 - Nubra - Turtuk - Nubra After breakfast in the morning at the camp/Guesthouse, we will ride to Turtuk sector, formerly a part of Baltistan and administered by Pakistan until 1971 before India liberated the region. The Turuk and adjoining villages are resided by Balti ethnic peoples, who are culturally different from Leh. We will explore the villages and ride back to Hunder by evening. Overnight stay Nubra. Day 4 - Nubra – Pangong Tso (4350m) via Shayok Today we will drive to the world famous Pangong lake, probably the most famous attraction of Ladakh. We will drive through the Shayok road, which is one of the most scenic drives in the region.  Pangong lake a high altitude border lake measuring 134km in length and about 5 Km in width at the widest point. About 40 percent of the lake is in Ladakh while the remaining is in Tibet. The unique feature of the lake is the west end of the Lake which is in Ladakh is saline and supports no marine life except for a few micro-vegetation. The eastern end in Tibet is fresh and taste sweet.  Once reaching Pangong, we will check into the camp/homestay we have booked for you. Overnight stay at Pangong lake. Day 5 - Drive from Pangong Tso (4350m) to Tsomiriri via Tsagala Early morning, enjoy the sunrise at Pangong lake and enjoy the tranquillity at the village. The drive to Tsomorriri will start soon thereafter. We will drive alongside the lake on the dirt trail towards Chushul, the place where the Indian army fought to the last man, last round against the Chinese in 1962 Sino-Indian war. Further, we will dive over the Tsaga-la pass up to the Loma bend and divert towards Sumdo village.  The ride would continue towards Tsomorriri. It’s known for the wildlife and migratory bird And is actually called the Tsomorriri Wetland Conservation along with its surroundings.  Overnight stay at Tsomoriri. Day 6 - Tsomiriri to Leh via Taglangla Early morning after enjoying the sunrise at the Tsomoriri lake and having our breakfast,  we will ride towards the Tsokar Lake. Tsokar is a small lake known for its salt deposits in ancient Ladakh and also being the hot spot for birding and some of the rarest wildlife. We will drive through some scenic landscape and drive through Polakongkala and also through Puga hot springs. Further, drive through the off-road trails up to the Highway and return back to Leh via Taglang-la and Upshi. Overnight stay at Leh hotel. Day 7 - Departure from Leh Early morning our driver will pick you up and transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Leh airport to board a flight back to your next destination. The roads will be a mix of patchy tarmac and off roads amidst flat stretches.  We will turn right from Debring, and head towards Leh crossing through Taglang La. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel. Day 9 - Departure Early morning our driver will pick you up and transfer to the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Leh airport to board a flight back to your next destination. Hanley is also famous for astrophotography and the star gazing due to its spotless clear sky. Overnight stay at Hanley. Day 8 - Hanley to Tsomorriri Early in the morning, we will have our breakfast at the Guesthouse start riding towards Loma bend. We will then divert towards Sumdo and head to Tsomorriri lake. We will get to see some scenic villages along the way in Rupsho, followed by some offroad trails to reach Tsomorriri. Tsomorriri is the large lake with wetlands reserves surrounding the lake.
